Putnam County HomeCare and Hospice (PCHH) asked Twin Elm to create a website that focused on better user experience, enables online donations, and gives PCHH the ability to update their own site effortlessly.
During the strategy phase we noticed the original site had a lot of redundant content. To cut down on content we combined similar pages to reduced unnecessary information when possible. This resulted a more lean website, which helped with user experience and decreased up-keep on the site. They also requested that customers, and supporters, were able to donate directly through the website without having to go through the hassle of sending a check through the mail. We built them a donation page that is integrated with Stripe for an easy-to-use solution for PCCH and their consumers. PCHH and Twin Elm have a continued partnership and are working together on adding to their site and are providing site maintenance.
