Facing a tight deadline of the discontinuation of their current waiting room management application; Allen County Job & Family Services (ACJFS) turned to Twin Elm to provide a custom web application that fit their daily needs.
We built a web based solution that fit ACJFS's needs and requirements. This included a full customer focused kiosk for filling out basic information, a queue screen that can is displayed in the lobby for customers, a back end that is easy and employee focused, and an admin panel for administrators and managers.
ACJFS is now able to keep track of their waiting room activity, easily and without frustration. They're also able to run custom reports so they can see and address trouble areas that are slowing down their wait times. This application is a vital tool for their day-to-day business.
